Gil Santamarina is an expert attorney in civil litigation and real property law and serves as Of-Counsel to Zubi Rosner, LLP. He represents individual and corporate clients as both plaintiff and defendant’s counsel in a variety of claims brought in state and federal courts, including landlord-tenant actions, commercial and contract disputes, and international contract matters. Additionally, he serves as counsel to numerous cooperative and condominium buildings located throughout New York City. In 1999, Gil founded his own law practice, Santamarina & Associates. He has also been a panel member of the Legal Referral Service of the New York State Bar Association since 1997.
