Our legal services include developing regional strategies; negotiating and handling real property (commercial and residential) acquisitions and sales; handling large-scale renovation projects from bid process to negotiation, preparation, and management of architecture, general contractor, management, maintenance, and insurance contracts; and negotiating, preparing, restructuring, reviewing, and managing commercial and residential leases and financing agreements.
We advise on internal compliance documents and reports to implement systematic tracking and monitoring of data. Further, we review and advise on insurance, CAM, and environmental issues and handle commercial and residential real property disputes, including nonpayment and holdover proceedings.
We work closely with clients and their senior management and staff to successfully establish real estate management and corporate best practices. Additionally, for real estate clients who are restaurateurs and wine importers, we successfully prepare retail and wholesale liquor license applications and attend and advocate on behalf of clients at community board meetings and hearings of the New York State Liquor Authority.
