Leila Zubi

Leila Zubi is a founding partner of Zubi Rosner, LLP. Leila serves as general counsel to individual, corporate, and foreign government clients. She has extensive legal experience in structuring complex corporate, commercial, real estate, intellectual property, employment, finance, e-commerce, cannabis, trade, and entertainment transactions. She advises on all legal matters pertaining to public international law, including diplomatic privileges and immunities, treaties, OFAC and U.N. sanctions regulations, conflicts of law, non-recognition of states, and host country relations. Further, Leila is an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing and Research for Foreign LL.M. Students at Fordham University School of Law. Leila also forms and advises not-for-profit corporations and has served as president and board member of several arts and foreign policy related not-for-profit organizations.
